
I’m Kadambari – a Doonite, an Air Force kid all grown up, and now an Air Force wife who’s lived and loved the nomadic, adventure-filled military life. Through all the different hats I’ve worn – from being a fighter pilot’s better half to wrangling motherhood, handling classrooms as a teacher, and owning the homemaker life – one thing has kept me grounded (and occasionally made me lose my mind): my absolute obsession with cooking and baking! And this is what this space is all about; from delightful desserts that dance on your taste buds to savoury bites that steal the show, our kitchen is where sweet meets spice in perfect harmony!
After crisscrossing the country, I’ve picked up recipes and flavours that are as diverse as India itself. And while I’m no stranger to the classics, I love to give them a Kadambari twist – making them uniquely mine (and hopefully soon yours!). Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just figuring out the difference between a whisk and a spatula, my recipes are made to be fun, easy, and approachable – because everyone deserves a win in the kitchen!
